Custom Graphic Design Orders

Proofs

All custom graphic design orders include one (1) design proof only. Any additional proofs, revisions, alterations, or changes may incur additional fees at the sole discretion of EightyThreeCo.

Design Timeframes

Please allow 2–3 weeks for the design and production of custom graphic orders. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity and workload.

Merchandise Orders

Production Timeframes

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for merchandise orders, depending on the garment selected and supplier availability.

Custom-designed merchandise or products requiring additional artwork, printing, or special production processes may require longer timeframes.

Production and shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, website content, and branding remain the intellectual property of EightyThreeCo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

EightyThreeCo retains the right to display completed designs and projects in portfolios, marketing materials, and on social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute any designs created by EightyThreeCo without prior written permission.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and specifications
• Reviewing and approving the supplied proof carefully
• Ensuring all submitted materials do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights

EightyThreeCo is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information or late responses from customers.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our products and services:

• No refunds will be issued for custom graphic design services.
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted on merchandise unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
• Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EightyThreeCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
